to go from sub 5% to 12.5% without notification to the asx seems astonishing, considering the outcome that is unfolding.what are the time constraints whereby you have to notify regarding ownership?
should they not continue to inform the market of the interest from outside sources as it occurs?
has there been a lack of disclosure?
