Most of the MOS shareholders recognise the positives. And this is why we are reallly unhappy at the eagerness of the board to accept the first offer. Me included
But along with the positives are the negative
GFC Global Financial crisis No money to develop UGS - very few interested parties And a subdues share price for many months.
The RBS July 1 valuation (Some of the Parts) is on the money. A lot you have talked about is potential and ONCE AGAIN ITS A SHAME THE BOARD COULS NOT SELL THAT POTENTIAL.
Least there is a hint that im not Sally in your post :).
I dont blindly accept thier (the boards) actions which is why I phoned and put each of the questions that you guys and myself were asking on here.
I Phoned - (thanks for the number Dazzler) and asked questions like Gobris's of the board.
The RBS valuation is FAIR As it states it doesnt value the "POTENTIAL" UGS...
SO our board is giving away POTENTIAL profit IMHO.
I see no value in going to ASIC and saying the board of our company didnt sell our potential.
LETS HOPE ANOTHER BIDDER SHOWS UP TO MAXIMISE OUR RETURN FOR THAT POTENTIAL
