Yes but there is a very large fly in the ointment.
The excise price is 3.6 cents so you have to pay that to get a share worth 0.2 cents - one step forward, 18 steps back.
There is essentially no chance that they will finish in the money (still hope for GRKOB which expire 2015) so they will expire worthless but ultimately you can claim it as a capital loss which softens the blow a bit
