Alacer has bulk cash to utilise and if there is a PFS showing great fundamentals, the market appears to me, to be making a direct link between the two and factoring in some valuation as the risk finance risk of funding a project like that is low, meaning access to market is higher on a relative basis.
AQG has been underperforming gold stocks over the medium term... its time that it firstly, outperforms the sector to catch up, then two, runs on its own terms there after.
I agree with your valuation range over the short term (within 3 months), but I am a long term holder and will be holding longer as the margins on this play are just too good so any gold increase is pure cream.
