Not exciting but there is a special resolution to be voted on at next general meeting to change of the Company?s
name to ?Azimuth Resources Limited?.
"The Directors believe this name more closely represents the Company?s new focus on its Guyanan gold prospects"
I am never a fan of a company name change. Hopefully the ticker remains the same.
