    John has 30 years experience in executive roles in technology, mining and energy companies in Australia and overseas. John was an Executive Director of the ASX & NYSE listed Orbital Engine Corporation Ltd for 10 years to January 2002 and a director of several Orbital joint ventures and subsidiaries. During 15 years at Orbital, the positions he held included Chief Financial Officer, President of the US based Marine operations, and General Manager of Engineering Services. Prior to Orbital, John held finance positions at the State Energy Commission of Western Australia and Conzinc Rio Tinto Australia. John is a principal of a firm assisting companies to commercialise technologies. He is a Chair for the international CEO mentoring group, The Executive Connection and sits on the advisory board of Embedded Technology Corporation, a hi tech start up company. Appointed as a director on 14 December 2004. Mr. Beech is a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee.



    Robin has first hand experience with the development, promotion and growth of a highly successful Australian technology company, having co-ordinated the listing on the Australian Stock Exchange of Sarich Technologies Trust – now known as Orbital Engine Corporation Ltd. He was appointed a founding director in 1984, and retired from the board in May 2002. Robin joined Hartley Poynton & Co in 1969, became a partner in 1971, and in the same year was elected a member of the Stock Exchange in Perth. He served as Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Perth from 1982 to 1984. Robin has spent many years as a director of, and investment advisor for Hartley Poynton, where he was Deputy Chairman of Hartleys Limited (formerly Hartley Poynton) until he resigned in 2003. He serves on the board of Add Venture Capital, a Pooled Development Fund specialising in early stage start -up technology investments, with alliances with similar organisations both nationally and internationally. Appointed as a director 3 December 2002. Mr. Forbes is a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee.


    Mr. Richardson has over thirty years of business experience most recently as a senior executive of the large publicly listed engineering firm of WorleyParsons Ltd where he headed their Minerals and Metals division, which grew to a $65 million turnover business under his direction. Mr. Richardson established the successful engineering enterprise of Toussaint & Richardson in 1982 which he ran until it was acquired by WorleyParsons Ltd in 2000. Mr. Richardson has extensive operational, commercial and engineering experience in Australia and internationally. .


    Duncan is a graduate of Australia’s elite leadership school the Royal Military College Duntroon where he completed an honors degree in civil engineering from the University of New South Wales. Duncan became the Australian Army’s lead design engineer completinga number of large international construction projects in the South Pacific as part of the federal Governments AIDAB program. On leaving the Army in 1992 Duncan worked for BHP as a senior project manger running large commercial contracts before completing his MBA and then starting his own business in 1995 called Innovative Construction Technology. This business was focused on commercializing new construction innovations and as General Manager Duncan grew this business at around 60% a year for 5 years. On exiting this business in 2000 Duncan was approached by CSIRO and worked with them in joint venture commercializing environmentally focused technologies until he commenced with Solco in March 2004. Appointed as a director on 19 May 2005.
