@Varuka Agree completely. I wish the earlier (EXM) crew didn't have such a bad smell hanging over them, and very understandable the ire that is still washing out. Charif is a strong leader, highly driven and very focused on his deliverables. I've spent time with him and your assessment of him is bang on the money IMO. Also wish the RTO advisors had handled this less ineptly, but now that it's done, you're right, it's down to Charif and team delivering some consecutive quarters of strong growth.
