Of course I understand how E2ERB work and that the people who buy can participate in the rights offer.
The 3.4 million bought are precisely $3,400 worth - hardly a rousing endorsement! How many people is that who think this is such a great offer? 3 people ???
The present SP of .006 is miles away from the 1.5 cent exercise price so that's why I say that, at the current prices, the options are worth .001
With the SP currently at .006 there's no incentive at all to pay .007 for this 'great' offer.
And with the stock trend still down, terrible investor sentiment due to the CR and 400 million more shares about to be dumped into the market there's even less incentive.
IF they can pump the price before payment is required and get the SP up then it will be worth taking up the rights offer. If not then I won't be buying.
After the way shareholders have been treated with this appalling CR I can't see any reason at all to double up my holdings in such a company.
