I don't think you understand how the E2ERB work.

The people selling are those you are not going to participate in the rights issue. Ie current owmer who either don't want to or are unable to participate in the RI.

So the people who bought today are just buying those previous (and current SH) rights to participate.

Ie. buy 1 million E2ERB and be able to get an additional 1 million E2E in the RI @ 0.007 + the attaching option.

Effectively, all comes down to what value you attribute to this option. The 3.4 million that were bought obviously think that they are worth more than 0.001.
