That's always the problem with de-listed stock, and this one is no different. Until they re-list, they won't do any market announcements as the stock can't trade anyway. They will however keep posting ASX notices which tells you where they are upto in the process.
Good source of info upto now has been the Administrator, but since the DOCA was effectuated even he doesn't know what's happening.
Some shareholders are talking to Phillips, but they forget he isn't a Director anymore and wouldn't have a clue what's happening.
Unless you're close to the new team you'll need to do like the rest of us and sit and wait. I know of at least 3 public shells that didn't relist for 12mths after the DOCA, hopefully this won't be the same.
My confidence will build if I see a prospectus for an initial raise before the end of April.
