Have just been doing a refresh on where our company is at.

On 8/4 in a company announcement we were informed that the IER will be completed in coming days allowing the company to include the IER in the notice of meeting to be sent to all shareholders in due course. Nothing has been communicated to all shareholders nearly 3 weeks later.

Over the last 2 months there has been a large amount of shares traded, compared to the last 12 months. The numbers involved show that at least 1 major shareholder has exited, but no change of substantial holding notices have been issued.

PPS has today been registered for 2 years and according to a company search has 1 share, which is held by its sole director/secretary and is not registered for GST. This person has been appointed to our board, but as yet has not communicated with all shareholders as to his project.

If this is so good a project why is there no communication, no web sites and no information what so ever on this company that we are supposed to be paying so heavily for.

About time for an honesty policy so as ALL shareholders can make a properly informed decision on whether to accept this project. All details need to be forthcoming, and not left till a notice of meeting to allow shareholders to research properly.
