Transaction Tab: why is it that on the Transaction Tab, a settlement receipt is shown, when the same amount is previously already shown in the credit and debit figures when it is bought and sold? This results in the amount being calculated three times, whereas in a balance sheet it requires only the bought and sold figures.
For example:
bought RAP 22/12= x amount. The amount is shown in the transaction debit column
sold RAP 23/12 = y amount. Amount shown in credit column
Then on Settlement date, 29/12
Receipt for RAP shown in credit column
This is 3 amounts for the one stock whereas only 2 have been made in trading.
Obviously this Transaction Sheet can't be used as a balance sheet of the account, but rather only as a list of transactions. If this is so, it brings me to the problem:
Where can you see the actual balance of the account?
