common sense - the directors wanted to...

I think the directors wanted to resign long time ago and were waiting for this chance...I do not believe they resign because of a letter that represent less than 10% of shareholders....if they are serious about thier role, they would not resign....if they care about the other 90% of shareholders, they would not resign as well.....

it is like someone want to get divorce from his/here partner and all the suddent his/here partner ask for divorce......

Yes. I am upset but I guess the company is going no where with these fellows and these fellow do not want to stay any way...I hope we can get better directors...maybe we should look at the guys who took over idg (previously known as wmt). I hope better days ahead...
