Commercial rents to double in the next 3 years !!!!

How can this guy be respected when he makes statements like that.

The average tenant would be on CPI increases per year or on yearly increases somewhere from 3 to 5 percent.

Even if these figures are compounded and dont forget they would be on 5 to 7 year lease, that would equate to about 10% increase over a 3 year period.

The economy might be doing well in some sections but retail is only limping along, you just have to look at the latest figures.

I think SIMON JOHANSON needs a holiday !!!!
