I tend to agree with you aussievest, the HR market is low hanging fruit, low value and crowded. From what I can see the analytics is better than that with wider and more valuable application. I invest in companies before they list and in the early development, I am somewhat amused and puzzled at why this company listed based on what they have, and why the board and CEO compensation is at the level it is, as well as the level of shareholding in their own hands means it's a no go for me as an investor, but I do like the space and the technology, I just don't think this team has seen the big picture. I do hope it turns around and shareholders get a return though. I have been confused by the youtube videos by various company personnel, each presenting a different , misaligned perspective. My take is if the very people commercialising this don't have a clear idea, how do you expect the customers and the market to follow. What is the value proposition in one or two sentences? Why is it inconsistent across the videos and public messages? I might be a great product and great opportunity, but it has not been communicated clearly enough in my humble opinion.
