You can purchase shares after it relists. Not aware of any current company offers. Korda took up the last placement. Have you considered ringing the company rather than posting for such info?
The next capital raising is unlikely to be at the last sale price.
I have a better idea....
Check with Hcraboc to see who he suggested that they sell their shares off market for tax purposes if any are still willing to exit. If you find anyone I will also be happy buying at $0.006c.
