If you read the PDS you will see that before any bid to invest is locked in a final supplementary product disclosure statement will be sent to potential investors. This document contains further information relevant to the specific property acquisition. If the investor signs the SPDS they are confirming their intention to proceed. If they do not they can withdraw their investment.
