Give this another 6 months and Bolnisi will be double what CDE is worth. And if I was looking for a partner in BSG's shoes at this stage I wouldn't touch CDE with a barge-pole even at 50% of its current price. No point buying something if it's going to be taken off you.

Shareholder's are selling themselves cheaply if they agree to this. In fact, you stand a good chance of losing money.
