I cannot see that it would have any effect, Tom Hedley's resignation does not affect the business (NLG's thats is). The management contracts still stand between the two companies. HLG is a trust so Hedley will not have any real impact (IMO)

Jolliffe's comments yesterday seem reasonalbly positive given the current circumstances for NLG.

Given the state of the market at the moment...who knows...but as far as I can see there should be no logical reason that the SP would go up or down on this news...
