    The reason STO languishes is all the wounded ex-players are reluctant to re-enter. Plus the lingering bearish sentiment is suppressing the true POO. I agree though STO should be $5+ We need a catalyst for a couple of quick jumps to get it there. Jerky rise and falls of .5-1.5% just don't cut it.
