Still STO is all too cheap. If the WPL/ SXY tie-up goes ahead or some stability happens with this energy plan of Finkel and Frydenberg, then STO must be worth $5-$6 easily.
Especially if Shaw and Partners have WPL in the mid $30s, SXY above its previous price of high 30s and ORG in the double digits above $10 pressing teens.
Then why has STO been missed and why is it only $4.30?
