    Parent companies extracting fees etc is characteristic of quite a few of our stocks & the accompanying absence of transparency reflects VERY poorly on them and the ASX - our international laughing stock. As a holder of MAP these issues weigh heavily & especially when sickening, grotesque payments are made to execs - not even Warnie gets $80m!
