    Look, I am just a shareholder in QGC. You talk like I am on the board of directors of QGC.

    Obviously, QGC management believe taking over SGL under the terms they have tabled is a sound proposition. What you need to think about is why the market has not pushed SGL's share price above the implied bid price, as is invariably the case if a bid is considered unrealistically low.

    There is no need to get accusative with me. If you do not like the QGC offer do not accept it. If enough SGL shareholders feel the same way, the deal will not go through. Simple.
