I would appreciate some professional comment on SGL (Refer notes 7th Feb). Clearly SGL is more valuable than QGC which holds a limited franchise and much less potential than SGL in temrs of:
Acerage & regional covered
Location & proximity to market(s)
Coal Seams - number & volume
Gas Content(s)
Potential production
Existing production & cash-flow
Potential production & cash flow
Market size & growth
Cash on hand plus cash due
Capacity to service capital
etc etc
It is very boring observing unresearched ill-informed comments and after the unprofessional conduct SGL was subject too! Either lift your game or lift your offer significantly to levels that would warrant some form of reasonable consideration.
