QGC just issued another Appendix 3B to the ASX for a block of shares for money to finance the offer for SGL.
QGC's "large shareholder" only paid 60 cents (less a 5% fee), net 57 cents per share - that's all the "large shareholder" was prepared to pay for QGC shares!
One has to wonder what (or who) keeps them trading in the eighties?
