Recently a friend of mine, who we always saw as successful and forward thinking and all that Anthony robbins stuff complained that she owed money on Tax.
The tax department had called in over $140k in tax.
Equally over the past 3 years she is upset because she owes over 200k to the bank, plus 800k in a mortgage and two cars worth 100k each.
You can see the picture. She is always looking rich, acting rich in business, but in reality she owed a heap of money and hadnt paid any tax.
Anyone can seem like they are "high flying" (see previous commander article) by borrowing a shirtload of cash etc etc . . at the end of the run, it's just borrowed money.
Ditto Commander, they never ever were a big company, the banks and loans were . . when that ran out then whammo, just another One Tel
