The price of gold and silver has been falling since the end of February, so the SP is probably falling in line with the market prices. Some of the options recently issued may so be being sold off.
The divestment notice seems to suggest that it is years in the future and the company would receive a fair value. The longer the divestment takes the larger fully value will be in the future.
