i think you are asking the wrong people these questions however i will give it a crack
will this level of dividends be sustained - defintely no. smaller business after reduction of debt will mean smaller NPAT. Also will look to capital for expansion hence less dividends to be paid.
can this stock fall below $1, potentially however i hope not. fundamentally all is not too bad in this company so would expect this to start to rise from the depths
think comparing it to centro highlights that you may need to get a little deeper understanding of this stock before investing. read recent announcements as eddie is looking at removing majority of debt. hence no chance of doing a centro as has no funding issues like centro has.
