I would be surprised if MOD attract a bid prior to the DFS coming out (which is good IMO).

However you can see that 'smart money' is positioning for that eventuality in MTR and LIM both upping their ownership.

The S32 transaction for Arizona shows that even problematic deposits are attracting M&A if the deposits are good enough - Arizona is going to have permitting and development problems due to location and land package.

A friend at Sprott has said that word is the cashed up larger players ( as seen by recent activity from S32, Lundien, Oz Minerals) are looking to fill their pipelines which are currently pretty empty. The potential candidates are few and far between. MOD would certainly be on the list of some predators as a potential candidate.

Looking forward to new R&R for T3 and some more exploration news.
