HDF is pretty hard to read. Its difficult to say if large investors all of a sudden take an interest or long term view in HDF or its just the natural flow of money in and out of this style of company.
I can only hope that what Imhardy says comes to fruition. And I think he has hit the nail on the head regarding mitigating risk by waiting until construction and commissioning is complete
