it means the same broker who is selling from one account is buying back from other account under the table. so lets say if he would have bought it 2$ then sell it at 85c then the loss would be around 60% but when stock price reaches back to 2$ the profit would be 240% for the new account where they place the 2mil shares. this is how they rip ordinary retail users.
