It makes complete sense to pay out say 4-5c in a special dividend/capital payment then proceed with a RTO into a lower cash and cleaner shell. Everyone wins that way and part of relisting is that they need to raise capital anyways so they do have too much money.

However, my concern is that if this does delist then there really isn't anything stopping the directors from sitting on the cash and taking it as a lifetime annuity. I dont think we can spill the board so to speak if they dont need to have AGMs to be reelected etc.

I only threw pocket change in here at 2 cents trying to be smart with the cash backing but if I had any more money in here I would be pushing hard on them to payout capital. I have spoken to Peter and he sounds reasonable though.
