Department stores woes get worse.Why? have a look at Westfield and other shopping centre owners.....they are the new department store owners now.The 'high street' stores were nocked for six by the department stores a few decades ago,and now it is their turn to be superceded by shopping centres with specialty shops.If you believe in the 'department store' idea then invest in the shopping centres.
