Even at Independent Reserve they have stopped Poli from the New Year. They had a generous limit of $5K for Poli and I used it during X-Mas time to buy ETH and Bitcoin Cash. The only issue with Independent Reserve is that they only have 3 coins Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum. Also they have less volume wheras the volume is quite high at BTC Markets.
