gimo my positive slant on the merger is the acess to that $8million in cash, i was trying to run some mental sums on what level this would of been raised at on the market, probably a good 20-25% discount on the current SP, so round 7.5c per share. Some exploration potential in NZ is gained through the merger as well as some new personal. While they may still have to farmout, hopefully they can get an attractive price especially with CSM still being one of the few hot plays around at the moment
