Camden I suggest you go back a bit further instead of picking a low point and looking forward from that.
COF was $4.73 in 2007 and is @ a miniscule $0.30 now - sure looks like deterioration in my books.

If I could find even one COF to short once every five years I'd have so much money I wouldn't know what to do with it.
