coffey now paying dividends

Come and get your high fully franked dividend yields. Announcement this morning regarding decision to adjust equity losses is very good news. Wonder how the market will perceive it?

Coffey had $20 million plus in positive cash flow last financial year. COF have a history of paying 80% of cash flow as dividends. While this won't happen in next dividend payment, two years out will.

This year they are likely to pay at least 3c per dividend. 10% return. 4.28 cents fully franked, 13.8% return.
