Everyone is keen for some positive changes as the share price has drifted down and there has been no discernable dilution to drive value in to the company as a substitute other then debt reduction of the Chairs CN's.

To answer your question about disclosing names of potential board candidates, if I did that without their consent it would get me in to quite a bit of hot water to say the least and secondly it would be premature to release that sort of information before the process of adding them to the Board or replacing the current Board members was imminent. The responsibility of their presence rests with the current Board of AHF. Suffice to say their experience, qualifications and background is significant and their connections to the dairy industry in both AU and NZ also runs deep and their connections and associations in SE Asia for business dealings and growing channels also run deep.

As far as I am aware there has been no invitation by the current Board to open discussions with any of the candidates around joining the Board nor has there been an external trigger to force an EGM so at this point it is really up to either the Board to invite or the shareholders to invoke a Board spill by way of an EGM. By the if shareholders don't like the proposed candidates they can re-instate the current Directors at under the nominations resolutions that come after the spill resolution.

But I do completely understand your comments and empathise greatly.
