Personally I don't care where they are built, as long as they are, and deployed soon.

I am going to choose to take these comments as a positive for Protean . .
Turnbull said the new fund would target early-stage clean energy projects that had trouble growing to the size and maturity needed to attract private equity.
“We are promoting innovation and new economic opportunities, enhancing our productivity, protecting our environment and reducing emissions to tackle climate change’’ Turnbull said.
$100 million per year going into an already crowded field doesn't seem like a lot, however they seem to be more receptive to lower cost and provable technologies, so Bunbury becomes just that more important.
