    There's always the risk on these 'tight tenders' that COF may be tempted to scrimp on quality &/or service in order to scrape in a profit ... if that transpires, and they are found wanting on one of more major projects, it could have significant impact on their brand, bottom line and future work ... potentially challenging times ahead methinks.
