    COF's prospects are not at all clear imo ... in NSW I am aware they have won and continue to seek major project awards at desperate pricing ... imo downsizing and winning a smaller number of profitable projects would be a smarter and more viable strategy. It makes me wonder if anyone senior is reviewing tenders.
