I like a good conspiracy theory ... they give pause for thought. Besides, there could well be something to your "directors cashing in their chips" theory.

Also in the PJO press release was this:

"Each of the directors of Bolnisi has entered into a call option deed, which, between them, grants Coeur the right to acquire up to 19.9% of Bolnisi's outstanding shares held by the directors at the same price as that offered by Coeur to other Bolnisi shareholders under the Bolnisi Scheme of Arrangement."

This discourages the emergence of better offers.

All very disappointing. I was expecting a takeover offer of around $4 and was hoping for $4.50.
