Hanrahan, I think you made an unintentional slip in referring to the POS ... Kensington is a gold mine with excellent grades.
It is pretty clear to me that Kensington will be going ahead ... and will be very profitable with gold at current prices and probably much higher prices in coming years.
To be honest, the more I am looking into this "merger" the more I am starting to see huge near term upside in CDE.
With news on the political risk front coming out of Bolivia being increasingly positive I also have little doubt that San Bartolone will go ahead next year. Aiming to produce about 8 million ounces.
CDE second best performing stock on the HUI last night. Closed at US$3.77, up 8 cents (2.17%) on volume of more than 14 million shares after hitting a low of US$3.62.
