Does anyone actually know the real slice of the pie that KEY...

Does anyone actually know the real slice of the pie that KEY will own in the Zeta Petroleum cornerstone Bobocu project? Below is an extract from the 08/07/11 Quarterly Report that states:

Zeta has a equity funding agreement with ASX-listed Cooper Energy Limited (ASX:COE) (?Cooper Energy?) to fund up to US$13.4 million towards the development of
Zeta‟s most advanced asset, the Bobocu Gas Field;

That great Ken, however would it not be part of disclosure for you to actually declear what interest KEY will earn in the project, since this is Zeta's massive asset that we are paying $30m for?????????????

Below is an extract from the Cooper Energy announcemnt on the 10/05/11 that states:

In addition to the appraisal of the gas field, Zeta Petroleum and Cooper Energy have agreed to
create an alliance to mutually seek out and secure oil and gas projects in Romania. The
participation in new projects would be in the form of a 50:50 unincorporated Joint Venture.

So is KEY actually going to disclose what the true value is (or isnt) to KEY S/H...perhaps the reason questions is "do they even though"?
