I believe this deal is getting approved on monday unless the top 2 shareholders change their votes and manage to lodge new forms by 10 am tomorrow.
I don't know how it is possible for most to change their mind now?
Another ABSOLUTE DISASTER for KEY shareholders. As usual everything changes when it is too late to do anything.
We are all going to get screwed here unless the minority shareholders can mount a court challenge which is apparently a right.
