Would be very interested to see the re-rating from the independent report as to how they would now deem this proposal. I think the fact that the board had proposed this deal to s/h before all elements were full disclosed shows how desperate they were to get this over the line, and now they have egg on their faces, and that is before the legal action that will be taken should this deal pass this morning The third person doing the thumbs down is certainly Olly Cairn.
