D.W. assured me on the phone they had catch clauses to ensure the dilution didn't go ahead unless Zeta delivered on the COE deal!
But, but, but, this COE 'farmin' looks to be completely worthless to me!

I think it isn't worth the paper it is written on if they can, at the drop of a hat after the first drill, ask for all their money back!

So when COE gets a new board in a couple of months there is a significant risk that that is what they will do.

But wait, the free set of stake-knives we are throwing in, as you point out, is that they will still get a big block of KEY shares and hence % of our assets at NO COST!!!

Unbelievable! Are our board SERIOUSLY going to recommend this restructured "deal" also?

It looks to me that now we are just GIVING away tens of millions of shares to management, consultants and COE in return for potentially not ONE RED CENT of spend on the back of a hollow contract!!
