Doesn't sound right to me. Seems the terms have slipped.
We have to kick in for the well, COE only kicking in around 11 million instead of 18 million and to boot COE can withdraw from the farm in and have all their money already SPENT refunded!!
OMG. Guess all the yes votes are in by now and we have been stitched up yet again.
Is there no recourse to justice. The votes were sent in on a completely different proposal?
