According to the announcement of 24 October, trading starts on a normal T+2 basis on 29 November. The name change to Baralaba Coal Company Limited was approved by the AGM, so I'm guessing the new code will be BCC or perhaps BCL - neither of which are currently in use. No announcement about this yet.
