Thanks for the info folks. So it looks like just 3 major boxes to be ticked?: the Higgins legal case on the 21 August; figuring compensation on the 14 properties under the provisions of the Expropriation Act; finance.
Would it be likely that the finance deal will not be announced until the other 2 are sorted?

I wouldn't be taking it too personally that this micro is being ignored. Its just the market atm - there are other very compelling stories out there that are suffering the same treatment. Hang in there.
